What we collect
When you create an account or enroll in a course, we collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Your date of birth and driver's license details (required for FMCSA reporting)
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we never store your card details)
- Course progress and completion data
Why we collect it
Federal law requires us to report your training completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry. We also use your contact information to communicate with you about your course, send certificates, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with
We share your training completion data with the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, as required by federal regulation. We share payment data only with Stripe to process your transaction. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your records for as long as required by FMCSA regulation, and for a reasonable period afterward to support our business operations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us.
