Refund Policy

All purchases are final

Because ELDT theory training is delivered digitally and your progress is recorded the moment you begin, we are unable to offer refunds once a course is purchased.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges from a technical error on our end
  • Course content that fails to load or remains inaccessible due to a platform issue we cannot resolve

If you believe one of these applies to your situation, email support@123eldt.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. We'll review the request and respond within 2 business days.

Course transfers

If you purchased the wrong course (e.g. Class A instead of Class B), we can transfer your enrollment to the correct course at no additional charge. Email us with your order details.
